We are a community owned pub with a cottage attached to the property. We are developing the property as a hub for people to gather for events and to bring groups together with a shared interest. The cottage space we want to develop for people to use to work from instead of being in isolation. When the pub isn’t open for business it is already set up for people to come in and work in. There is a kitchen also which we are open to people hiring it to work from as we know there are a number of people who run business from their home with limited space.
